Good bed, huge room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. Prime location to overland park convention center. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was wonderful.

So glad we choose it, it's good base for staying in Overland Park. The staff was competent throughout the day. Queen studio had everything we needed.
